Q3 2019 / European Hotel Group is collaborating with the developer Det Faglige Hus in Esbjerg with a view to developing a larger project that includes hotel and conference facilities, service apartments, condominiums, family homes and a grocery store.

 

With a location right up the center, the new hotel and service apartments are centrally located. Only 100 meters to Esbjerg Central Station and close to the ports area. With good access to and from the main and highway networks.

 

The area in Rørkjær is one of the oldest parts of Esbjerg. This area had several brickworks in the 19th century which contributes to the building style of this project where the red brick is characterized.
